MAHOWBREWの醸造開始2周年を記念して、ブラッドオレンジ果汁をふんだんに使用した限定のTriple IPAを仕込みました。ベースとなるビールには、Idaho7とSimcoeをメインホップに選定。通常のペレットをはじめ、CryoやDynaBoost、HyperBoostといった様々な形のホップを大量に投入することで、ホップ由来のジューシーなアロマをしっかりと引き出しています。

アルコール度数10.0%、IBU 90という力強いボディ感がありながらも、贅沢に加えたブラッドオレンジの爽やかな酸味とほろ苦さが交わり、ホップの甘みと綺麗に調和する仕上がりです。

To commemorate the second anniversary of MAHOWBREW, we have brewed a limited-edition Triple IPA generously infused with blood orange juice. For the base beer, we selected Idaho 7 and Simcoe as the primary hop varieties. By incorporating massive quantities of hops in various forms—including standard pellets, Cryo, DynaBoost, and HyperBoost—we have successfully drawn out a rich, juicy hop aroma.

Despite its robust body—boasting 10.0% ABV and 90 IBUs—the beer offers a beautifully balanced profile where the refreshing acidity and subtle bitterness of the lavishly added blood orange harmonize perfectly with the natural sweetness of the hops.
