神戸のビアバー「サイオウガウマ」さんの2周年記念コラボレーションビールです。
福島県産の桃（暁星）果汁、沖縄県産のたんかん果汁、台湾から直送された最高級の木柵鉄観音茶葉、屋我地島産の海塩、コリアンダーシードを使用したImperial Goseです。
ワールプール工程で海塩とコリアンダーシードを加え、発酵終了後に桃とたんかんの果汁、そして木柵鉄観音茶を投入しました。
暁星がもたらす熟した桃の柔らかな甘味と、たんかんの爽やかな酸味が心地よく調和し、その背景から鉄観音茶特有の豊かな香ばしいキャラクターと深みのある余韻が広がります。 海塩が全体を引き締め、塩味・酸味・甘味、そしてお茶のアロマが絶妙なバランスを形成した、贅沢で複雑な味わいに仕上げました。

This is a collaboration beer marking the second anniversary of the Kobe-based beer bar “Saiougauma.”
It is an Imperial Gose crafted with Fukushima-grown Gyousei peach juice, Okinawa-grown Tankan citrus juice, premium Muzha Tieguanyin tea leaves imported directly from Taiwan, sea salt from Yagaji Island, and coriander seeds.
Sea salt and coriander seeds were added during the whirlpool stage, while the peach and Tankan juices—along with the Muzha Tieguanyin tea—were introduced after fermentation was complete.
The soft sweetness of ripe Gyousei peaches harmonizes beautifully with the refreshing acidity of Tankan citrus, while the rich, toasty character and deep, lingering finish of the Tieguanyin tea unfold in the background. The sea salt tightens the flavor profile, creating a luxurious and complex taste where saltiness, acidity, sweetness, and tea aromatics strike a perfect balance.
