伊勢角屋麦酒・山宮氏の代表作のTriple IPA「脳がとろけるウルトラヘブン 3xIPA」のレシピを参考にさせていただき、私たちなりのTriple IPAを醸造しました。
昨年新たに登場したばかりのKrushホップ（旧HBC586）をメインホップに初めて採用。発酵中と発酵後の2段階に分けて、KrushおよびKrush Cryoを贅沢にドライホップしました。さらに、発酵中にはDynaBoost Citra、発酵後にはHyperBoost Mosaicも加え、複層的で力強いアロマとフレーバーを引き出しています。
みかんのようにジューシーな柑橘系のアロマと、IPA好きにはたまらないダンクな香り。口に含むと、マンゴーを思わせるトロピカルなフルーツ感が広がり、しっかりとしたボディとともに長く心地よい余韻が続きます。

We brewed our own take on the Triple IPA style, drawing inspiration from the recipe for “Ultra Heaven 3xIPA” (a.k.a. “Brain-Melting Ultra Heaven”), the signature creation of Mr. Yamamiya from Ise Kadoya Brewery.
For this brew, we utilized Krush hops (formerly HBC586)—a variety that debuted just last year—as the primary hop. We generously dry-hopped the beer with both Krush and Krush Cryo in two stages: during and after fermentation. Additionally, we incorporated DynaBoost Citra during fermentation and HyperBoost Mosaic afterward to draw out a complex, powerful profile of aromas and flavors.
The beer offers juicy, mandarin-orange-like citrus aromas alongside the dank, resinous notes that IPA enthusiasts crave. On the palate, it unfolds with tropical fruit flavors reminiscent of mango, delivering a robust body and a long, pleasant finish.
