修道院タイプの酵母入り濁りビール

色は濃厚だが、柔らかな味わい。ドイツビールのヴァイツェン　ボックに近いような感じで、キャラメルモルトの甘い風味がほんのりと広がる。

■ベルギーはアントワープの北側にあるスターケンズ醸造所で、豊潤で深い味わいを持つ「セントセバスチャン」は造られています。醸造所の歴史は1654年にまで遡ることが出来、非常に長い歴史を持つ伝統あるビールです。

重厚で高級感に溢れる陶器の入れ物にボトリングされているのが最大の特徴で、ゆっくりと味わって飲むビールなので、開栓後に再び蓋が出来るようにスウィングトップが採用されています。

It has a rich color yet a smooth, mellow flavor. Reminiscent of a German Weizenbock, it offers a subtle, spreading sweetness derived from caramel malt.

■ “St. Sebastiaan” is crafted at the Sterkens Brewery, located north of Antwerp, Belgium. The brewery’s history dates back to 1654, making this a beer with a long-standing tradition.

Its most distinctive feature is the substantial, premium-feel ceramic bottle. Designed to be savored slowly, it utilizes a swing-top closure that allows the bottle to be resealed after opening.
