The Great Bear constellation takes center stage in the night sky of Okagaki, and in the fall, the “Big Dipper” seems to dip into the waters of Okagaki’s sea. This bold, flavorful double IPA seeks to capture the grandeur of the natural beauty surrounding our brewery. It has a firm bitterness, with Idaho 7 and Vera hops bringing notes of tropical fruit, juicy citrus, pine, and a delicate floral finish.
