We are launching a new “UDON Beer” in collaboration with Ise Kadoya Brewery!

Inspired by the incredibly soft texture of “Ise Udon” enjoyed during a visit to Ise Grand Shrine—and after ten years of research—we teamed up with the local Ise Kadoya Brewery to bring this concept to life. It is a masterpiece that combines rich, “soy sauce-like” hop intensity with the smooth, satisfying finish of wheat.

True to our Udon Series, we use plenty of locally grown wheat from Kagawa Prefecture! When poured into a glass, its soft, hazy appearance—evocative of udon noodles—immediately catches the eye.

Take a sip, and a burst of sweet, fruity aromas—peach, pineapple, and orange—explodes across the palate. The signature soft, smooth mouthfeel of the wheat gently envelops the rich, savory hop flavors.

It offers a deeply satisfying experience yet goes down with surprising smoothness… This is an addictive, special collaboration beer that perfectly embodies the shared love for udon from both Sanuki and Ise!
