師Alchemistが基礎的なホップ術式を唱え、弟子もそれに呼応した。その刹那——空が割れ、真紅の雷鳴が地上を貫いた。
次の瞬間、マシマシに増幅されたホップが空間を包み、制御不能なホップエネルギーが解き放たれる。未熟な弟子が唱えた術式の暴走を目の当たりにした師匠は、即座に訓練を中止した。異常な力の奔流に、若きAlchemistはその場に立ち尽くし、肩で息をしていた。
「この身体のどこに、そんな力があるというのだ……」
落ち着きを取り戻した師匠は、少年の内に、ただならぬ覇気が潜んでいることを確信した。あのホップの暴走は、偶然では片付けられない。修行を終えた師Alchemistは、胸騒ぎを覚えながら、重い足取りでHop Libraryへと向かうのだった。
ドライホップで使用したManilitaやLuminosa由来と思わせる黄桃のような甘い果実感。さらにCitraの明るい柑橘の印象が加わり、ほのかな苦みも良い塩梅に。柔らかな甘さと口当たりのなめらかさで、さらなる飲み心地の良さを追求へ。

He had been mentoring for some time–but had never seen a talent quite like this. The retired 6th generation of our FHA had always kept a close eye on our newly-minted #10, through trials and lessons, short field trips beyond the borders and other adventures. But it was one day during a routine lupulin conjuration that our young prodigy showed something remarkable. To the untrained eye it may have looked like a young aspiring Hop Dude simply pumping up the lupulin–but our mentor knew it to be much, much more.
FHA r2 is the second installment in our Relaunched Full Hop Alchemist series, where every new concoction shares a similar base with the original, but contains a different blend of lupulin varieties (with numerous tweaks made along the way). r2 doesn’t disappoint, with box-loads of Luminosa, Citra CRYO, Peacharine and Manilita == huge tropical aromas of pineapple and mango followed by bright citrus / grapefruit feels (your mileage is likely to vary). We aimed for this version to be a little more on the drinkable side (?!), the body is toned down just a smidge and the slightly higher carbonation gives a fist bump to the gentle bitterness and mild sweetness on the finish.
