自家培養の乳酸菌で発酵させ、Citra、Cascade、Simcoeホップを使用しドライホッピングを施した。更にクランベリーとタンジェリンのピューレを投入し熟成。クランベリーの甘酸っぱさに、タンジェリンオレンジやグレープフルーツのシトラシーで爽快な風味、ピーチの様な甘味も感じられる。非常にリフレッシングでフルーティーな酸味が口内に広がり、ドライに締めくくられる。

Showcasing the aromatic benefits of a generous dry hop, harnessing the prowess of lactic acidity, and coming to a bottle near you without a pesky slumber in oak, Jelly King is the fermented embodiment of immediate gratification.

What it smells like, what it tastes like, what it looks like: Jelly King combines bright and juicy hop aromatics with a refreshingly tart base, and is bursting with notes of fuzzy peach, tangerine, and grapefruit.

This limited edition Jelly King variant was conditioned on loads of cranberry and tangerine purée.
