ドライホップには、今年の夏に用宗のWCBに届いたばかりの、Motueka・Nectaron・Cascadeの3種をチョイス。熟したようにジューシーなトロピカルアロマが爆発的に広がり、柑橘のノートでバランスを調整。ストーンフルーツのように甘く優しい香りが味わいに丸みをもたらし、豊潤で心地良い爽やかな一杯。

Our boatload of 2025 Freestyle goodies finally arrived and they are freaking –breathtaking–. Freestyle Nectaron folks. What. Are. We. Doing.
We added some Motueka and NZ Cascade to the mix (cuz it’s a free for all) and the results are in: lime zest, juniperberry, orange and nectarine aromatics, with orange jelly, green plum, super ripe mango and peach / sweet cantaloupe flavor hits.
