まずは、親しい友人であるVallejo Brewingと共同で醸造できたことを大変嬉しく思っている。今回は、クライオホップとリキッドホップのみを使用しており、パンチのあるIPAに仕上がった。鮮やかな柑橘系の香りに、タンジェリンやパイナップルのニュアンスが感じられ、最後に心地よいダンクさが余韻を彩る。

In this new installment, we’re very happy to be able to brew with our good friends at Vallejo Brewing. Again using only cryo and liquid hops, this IPA packs a punch. Bright citrus, hints of tangerine, pineapple, and rounded off with a nice dankness.

Brewer’s Note : Doing another collab with @awconlon makes me beyond happy. He is a great brewer and an amazing friend. Here hoping next year we can do this in person, either here in Japan or in California.
